As the fourth year since we humbly started packing our custom boxes approaches, our team is back again with another update for this Holiday 2023 season.

In this update, we will be introducing our new Holiday Gift Box and more quality-of-life improvements to create a better experience for all our dedicated Anime fans.

For our longtime members, many of you may fondly remember our promotional Stocking Stuffer Box available last winter. This year, we decided to take it a step further and introduce our new Holiday Gift Box for $74.99!

If you were ever unsure of what to get an Anime fan for the holidays, look no further! Customize our Holiday Gift Box for up to three genre preferences and let us pick the perfect combination of anime merch for you.

Each box will have 6-8 handpicked items including an officially licensed anime figure, no add-on necessary! Whether you wrap it up to put under a tree or just buy it for yourself, this box is sure to make the perfect gift for all anime fans.

Our Holiday Gift Box will be available for purchase on our website starting November 1, 2023, and lasting until January 1, 2024.

Finally, as with every holiday season, please note extended shipping times may occur due to increased demand and carrier limitations and as a result, expected delivery dates before December 25 are not guaranteed. For the best chance of receiving your box before December 25, we recommend the following order-by dates:

• For our members based in the United States, we recommend ordering your Holiday Gift Box no later than December 13, 2023.

• For our international community, we recommend ordering your Holiday Gift Box no later than November 24, 2023.

Actual delivery date may vary depending on origin, destination, Post Office acceptance date and time and other conditions, including customs delays.

New and upcoming quality-of-life improvements

Since the introduction of our Manga Lover’s Box last February, we have received feedback on the overlap between this box offering and our Signature Box. To ensure we are keeping our offerings unique and diversified for our members, we are making a key change to what's included in our Signature Box.

Starting November 1, 2023, volume 1 mangas will no longer be automatically included every month for new subscribers of our Signature Box. Instead, it will be replaced by additional hand-picked anime loot of equal or greater value.

However, although manga will no longer be guaranteed in our Signature Boxes, this does not mean we are phasing out volume 1 manga entirely! Since every box is customized, you may still receive a volume 1 manga in your Signature Box every so often.

We know many of you may have questions about this new change so we answered some of the most commonly asked ones below:

• Does this affect box value? Absolutely not! The number of items included in our Signature Boxes will remain the same, and manga will be replaced with anime loot of equal or greater value. We are fully committed to upholding the overall value and quality of each box, ensuring that it meets the same high standards our members have come to expect.

• Does this affect other boxes? Nope! This change strictly applies only to our Signature Box members. All our other box offerings will remain the same and continue delivering the best customized unboxing experience we can offer.

• What about existing Signature Box members? To prevent any surprises and make this transition as smooth as possible, existing Signature Box members will continue to receive guaranteed manga in their boxes for the next three months until February 2024 (after which manga will no longer be guaranteed except in our Manga Lover’s Box).

• What if we want more manga? For our avid readers, we recommend switching plans regularly between our Signature Box and Manga Lover’s Box at no extra cost through your account dashboard to enjoy the best of both boxes. You are always welcome to switch back to our Signature Box once you have gotten your fill of manga!
